In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, with the continuous improvement of the National economic strength, the development of private enterprises in China has grown from weak to strong, from local to national, and has achieved rapid development. Today, the scale and contribution of private enterprises have become an important part of the social market economy, and they play an undesirable role in the overall GDP, tax contributions, job creation, and social responsibility.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of the Belt and Road China Initiative. The Belt and Road Initiative has been widely welcomed and highly valued by the international community. State-owned enterprises have played an irreplaceable role in infrastructure and resource development. With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative in the second five years and the urgent need for China's economic transformation and upgrading, it is imperative for private enterprises to "go out". The Belt and Road China initiative has also brought out private enterprises in China, bringing unprecedented opportunities and innovative upgrading to the development of globalization.At the same time, private enterprises are facing many challenges, whether in strategic thinking, overseas markets, capital operations or product positioning. In particular, since 2018, the monetary policy of banks has been tightened and private lending channels have been broken. And recently, more than 100 P2P financial management platforms have been successively "thunder", which has made private companies and small and medium-sized enterprises worse in terms of financing and business development. The purpose of the Belt and Road Global Chamber of Commerce Alliance is to help private and small and medium-sized enterprises upgrade and transform, innovate across borders, better and more directly participate in and integrate into the new global development opportunities of the Belt and Road, so as to better achieve financial integration and smooth trade. President Zhangtiejun of the Belt and Road Global Chamber of Commerce Alliance visited the Global SME Trading Center in Hong Kong at the invitation of the Global SME Trading Center and conducted in-depth communication, research and feasibility brainstorming with the management team.

The Global SME Trading Center is an international incubator for non-listed SME exclusive members to provide growth and equity investment and financing. The Belt and Road Global Chamber of Commerce Alliance currently has tens of thousands of President members. The two sides made positive discussions and ideas on future platform cooperation, equity services, listing authorization, project roadshow, Belt and Road Business School, corporate brand positioning, project investment and financing, and future listing guidance in the United States, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

The Belt and Road China initiative has brought unprecedented global development opportunities to private and small and medium-sized enterprises in China. It is also one of the best domestic supply-side reforms and solutions to excess capacity. Private enterprises are naturally sensitive to the market and operate in a flexible manner. In the process of "going global", we face new challenges in terms of foreign languages, culture, laws and regulations, local partners, cooperation channels, brand building, financing loans, equity trading and financial services. The Belt and Road Global Chamber of Commerce Alliance is itself an open, diverse, shared and cooperative ICC service platform. In the future, it will provide a comprehensive, three-dimensional and multi-dimensional professional service system to enable Chinese companies to serve the world and let the world understand that Chinese companies are our mission!
